How you are examined
Knowing is notthe same as doing.
Each year closes with a practical you have to pass rather than a video you have to finish: restore a wallet from backup after a wipe, classify twenty signature requests with zero hostile ones called safe, write a continuity plan a non-technical heir could execute. Then a signed transaction on a live test chain.
Every scored component must pass on its own. No averaging, no curve, no retake inside 72 hours. A credential carries its date and its renewal term on its face.
